Cancel or Change Order Policy
At DYSERE, we process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please read our policy below.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes! You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@dysere.com with your order number.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it. However, you may be eligible for a return after receiving your item.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are in transit. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for return options.
Can I Change My Order?
- Shipping Address Changes: If you made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us ASAP. We can update it only if your order has not been processed yet.
- Product Modifications: We can change the product within 12 hours of purchase, but once it’s in processing, we can’t make modifications.
- Adding or Removing Items: If you need to modify your order (e.g., adding or removing items), we recommend placing a new order and requesting a cancellation of the previous one (if still within the allowed time frame).
How to Request a Cancellation or Change?
To cancel or modify your order, email us at info@dysere.com with:

2️⃣ Order number
3️⃣ Requested change (cancellation, address update, product modification, etc.)
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order is processed.
