Return Window
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
In the same condition as when you received it
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased on final sale or with discount codes (unless defective)
- Gift cards
Refunds Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from your total.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you need an exchange, email us at info@dysere.com with photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.
